How it is counted
Priced per member, not per mess
Buy for one person or for everyone
The plan price is multiplied by the number of members you are buying for. A single member can buy their own, and an admin can cover many people in one order.
Example: a five-person mess taking a three-month plan for everyone pays
৳125 × 5 = ৳625. For one person it is ৳125.
Everyone an admin pays for has to be a member of a mess that admin runs — up to 100 people in a single order.

bKash or Nagad, and access is immediate
No waiting
Access switches on the moment you tell the app you have paid. The admin has seven days to reconcile it against the wallet statement, and the app works normally throughout.
When a term lapses
Nothing is deleted. Past meals, expenses, deposits and settlements all stay readable — only new entries stop. Take a plan again and everything switches back on.

How much does Mess Ledger cost?
The first 30 days are completely free — no card, nothing paid up front. After that it is ৳50 per member per month. A longer term costs less per month: a full year is ৳420, which works out at ৳35 a month.
Is the price for the whole mess, or per member?
Per member. A five-person mess taking a three-month plan for everyone pays ৳125 × 5 = ৳625. Covering everyone is not compulsory, though — a member who wants a plan for themselves can buy just their own.
Can an admin pay for everyone at once?
Yes. An admin can buy a plan for several members of their mess in a single order, and the price is simply multiplied by the number of people. The one condition is that everybody you are paying for must be a member of a mess you administer. One order covers up to 100 people.
How soon after paying does the plan start?
Immediately. Place the order in the app, send the money by bKash or Nagad, and enter the last four digits of the number you sent it from — access switches on at that point, before the admin has reconciled anything. They have seven days to confirm it, and the app works normally throughout.
Can I get the free 30 days more than once?
No. Each account gets the free stretch once, ever, and it begins on the day you first sign in yourself. Being added to a mess by someone else does not start it — your own first login does.
Do I lose my accounts when a plan expires?
Nothing is deleted. When a term lapses you can still read every past month’s meals, expenses, deposits and settlements exactly as before — only adding new entries stops. Take a plan again and everything switches back on.
Can the price change?
It can, but the price you ordered at is the price you pay: an order captures its total when it is created, so a later change does not affect a term you have already bought. The app’s ‘My plan’ screen always shows the current price.
